Stanford University: A Global Leader in Education and Innovation
Stanford University, nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, California, is a world-renowned private research university. Founded in 1891 by Leland Stanford, a former governor of California, and his wife, Jane Lathrop Stanford, the university is named after their only child, Leland Stanford Jr.
